Three Year-Old Curriculum
In our three year old program we recognize that each child enters at a very individual developmental stage. Often times it is the child’s first experience in a pre-school setting, and our curriculum provides age appropriate social experiences, allowing the child to exhibit curiosity, creativity, and self-direction, while interacting appropriately with their peers and familiar adults. The three’s curriculum provides opportunities for the children to develop self-help, large and fine motor skills. Science and math concepts are introduced allowing the children to discover concepts meaningful “in their world”. The children are exposed to letters and words through stories and poems. The curriculum allows the children to develop an appreciation of the arts through process art experiences and music class. Our goal is to provide a positive first school experience for the children and their families.

Four and Five Year-Old Curriculum
Our four year-old program expands upon the skills and concepts offered in the three year-old curriculum while meeting each child at their individual developmental stage, as this may also be a child’s first experience in pre-school. The curriculum addresses social development and encourages functioning both individually and as a member of a group. The children are encouraged to problem solve, to demonstrate the ability to think, reason, question and remember. The further development of coordination for fine and gross motor activities is incorporated into the curriculum. Continuing to provide opportunities for use of different art forms as a vehicle for creative expression are incorporated into the curriculum. Our goal is to provide the children the experiences necessary to be competent lifelong learners, as they continue on to kindergarten.
